12 children from Gala and Jedburgh clubs ventured up to Livingston for the Cherry Blossom competition in October. This is a great event for children to test their skills against children of a similar ability and is a great way of introducing them to the competition environment. Standing on a mat against your opponent and trying to use the techniques learnt in your class isn’t easy!
