Cherry Blossom

12 children from Gala and Jedburgh clubs ventured up to Livingston for the Cherry Blossom competition in October. This is a great event for children to test their skills against children of a similar ability and is a great way of introducing them to the competition environment. Standing on a mat against your opponent and trying to use the techniques learnt in your class isn’t easy! Everyone did well, enjoyed themselves and learnt from the experience. Stuart and Callum were very happy with the effort and performance of children that took part. A couple of pictures of happy medal winners!
