Hailing from Glasgow where Stuart started his Judo career, Stuart has been with the Focus Judo Club for 20 years, in which time he has gained his 2nd Dan black belt. Stuart is the current chairman of the club. Competiting with his time for Judo is a hectic career in bridge engineering and his band, the Pickled Red Herrings. If Judo wasn't hard enough, he can often be found running up the Policies hill before Judo on a Monday night.
Favourite throws : tai-toshi, ippon-seoinage.
